At Velasca, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the protective film on the soles remains intact.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at the nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5 to 7 business days.
